Hawley JV Boys Edge Past Coahoma and Stanton

The Hawley JV Boys had to go into overtime to beat Coahoma, but in the end they were able to pull out a win. The score was Hawley, 36, and Coahoma 35. Kyle Bristow, who scored 8 points, put the Bearcats into overtime hitting three straight free throws to tie up the game with approximately 10 seconds left to go. High point for the JV Bearcats was Casey Wilkerson with 17 points. Zach Shelton contributed 5 points to the effort. Also scoring were Austin Adkins, 2, Boone Dugan, 2, and Jeremy Gwinn, 2.

The Hawley JV Boys had another close one with Stanton. The score was Hawley 34, Stanton 30. High point was Casey Wilkerson with 13 points. Austin Adkins added 7 points to the effort. Also scoring were Kyle Bristow, 5, Boone Dugan, 4, Justin Bristow, 3, and Zach Shelton, 2.
